William T. Cooley is a general general of the United States Air Force.
In 1988, he graduated from Infrastan Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York
The United States with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and entered the
Air Force as part of the Reserve Officers Training Program.
From July 1988 to January 1990, Cooley was a research assistant for National Sandia laboratories.
He became a second lieutenant on 19 May 1988 and a first lieutenant on 19 June 1990
And graduated from the University of Mexico in Albuquerque
New Mexico, the United States with a master's degree in mechanical engineering in 1990.
From January 1990 to September 1992,
Cooley was the project manager of the Aerospace Power of the Wright Laboratory Division of Air Force
Search Material Command (AFMC) in Dayton, Ohio, United States.
From September 1992 to June 1993, he was an electronic device engineer at the Laboratory Research Division.
