Families will receive $400 a month for two years - are you eligible?
In Coachella, California, low-income families can now apply for
a two-year universal basic income program that pays $400 a month.
In partnership with Mission Asset Fund, Coachella Immigrant Families
Recovery Program will provide cash assistance to 140 families.
Money will be given as a gift and will not need to be repaid.
Upon acceptance, participants can choose to have the funds
On November 11, applications will only be accepted online until 5 p.m.
Assistance will begin in January 2023 for qualifying families.
According to the mayor, we have developed a comprehensive
Universal basic income program that targets our most vulnerable residents.
In partnership with MAF, we intend to make this program a success by
